Fashion Focuss

We set up Fashion Focuss at No. 83 Mayflower Garden, right near Vgv Garden East in Vijayapuram. It’s a fairly quiet area off Kangeyam Road, which is nice compared to the main town. Our shop is part of the residential patch, so we mostly see the families who live nearby. We’ve got a few racks of clothes that we change out depending on the season. Sometimes the rainy season makes it hard for people to come out, so we spend those days just rearranging the shelves. The building itself is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in a few spots near the window. We tried to fix it once but the color didn't match perfectly. Most of the stuff we sell is comfortable cotton wear because it’s so hot around here. People come in looking for something simple they can wear to the market or for staying at home. We don't really do the whole sales pitch thing. If you like something, you buy it. If not, that’s fine too. There’s a small bench outside where older folks sit and chat while their kids are inside looking at the shirts. It’s a slow pace of life here. We usually close up for a bit in the middle of the day when it’s too hot to do much. It’s just how things are done in this part of Vijayapuram.
