F2 Garments

We are located at No. 84 in Maha Vishnu Nagar. Ankeripalayam is a quiet enough area, and our garment shop fits right in. Most of the time you can hear the sound of sewing machines running from the moment we open up. It’s a lot of cutting fabric and matching threads. We started out small and stayed that way, mostly because we like knowing exactly what is happening on each table. There are piles of cloth everywhere, sometimes it gets a bit messy but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and a few local people who know how to stitch well. Some days we are rushing to finish a batch, and other days we are just sitting there waiting for more material to arrive. It’s a practical way to earn a living. The light in the shop is a bit dim in the corners, but we have lamps over the machines. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to chat or ask about a repair. We don’t do anything too complicated, just shirts and whatever else comes through the door. It’s hard work on the back and eyes, but we’re used to it. We've been at this address for a long time and don't plan on moving. It's just home for us now, and we keep things simple.
