Ever Clothing Lines

Ever Clothing Lines is situated at No. 433 on Swamynathapuram 1st Street. We are just off Ttp Mill Road in the Anupperpalayam Pudur area. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but we don't mind the quiet. The building we are in is quite old and has a lot of character, I guess you could say. We focus on making clothes, so the whole place is usually filled with the sound of sewing machines. There are spools of thread and scraps of fabric everywhere you look. We try to keep things tidy, but it's hard when you're busy with a large order. The staff usually brings their lunch and we all eat together in the small back room. It’s a very local operation and we know the other business owners on the street. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, so we have to stop work and wait for it to come back on. During those times, we just sit outside and talk. We don't have a big mission statement or anything promotional to say. We just make the clothes that people order from us. It's a lot of manual labor and long hours standing at the cutting tables. But it's what we do to get by. We’ve been at this same spot for several years and don't plan on moving.
