This branch of our work is over at No. 12/10 B in R. V. E. Nagar, specifically on South 1st Street. It’s just off the Kangayam Road, so it’s a bit quieter than the main stretch but still close enough to hear the buses going by. We use this space to handle a lot of the overflow and specific sorting that needs a bit more room than the main unit. The building is a bit tucked away, and if you weren't looking for it, you might miss the entrance entirely. It’s a simple place with concrete floors and high ceilings that help a bit with the heat during the summer months. We don't have fancy signage or a big lobby. Most of the time, the front door is just open to let some air in while we work. We spend a lot of time counting items and making sure the bags are packed tight for transport. It’s repetitive work, but we find ways to make it go faster, like listening to the local news or just joking around with each other. Sometimes a shipment comes in late and we have to scramble to get it sorted, which usually involves some frantic phone calls. It’s not a perfect system, but we make it work every single day. We’ve got a good group of people here who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty. It’s just a regular workplace doing regular things for people who need them.
