Eden Garments

Eden Garments is down on Uthukulli Road. Our place is No. 42 A on Process Sever Street. It’s a busy street with a lot of movement, especially with all the garment-related stuff going on in this part of town. We’ve been operating from this building for quite some time now. It’s not a brand-new facility, but it’s sturdy and gives us the space we need to handle our production daily. Every day is pretty much about getting the machines running and checking through the batches of clothes we’re working on. It gets pretty noisy when everything is going at once. We aren't trying to be some high-end fashion house with a lot of fluff. We’re just a garment shop that does the work. We deal with lots of different people, from suppliers to the folks who come to pick up the finished goods. There’s always something to do, whether it’s sorting through buttons or fixing a machine that’s acting up. We don't have a big mission statement or any of that. We just focus on keeping the orders moving and making sure everything is packed correctly for the trucks. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, but we’ve just kept doing our thing here on Process Sever Street. It’s what we know best and we have a good group of people helping us out every day.
