Lilo Fashions

Lilo Fashions is over at No- 16 on 2nd Street in Aranmanai Pudur. We are directly opposite the Gem Departmental Store on Dharapuram Road. This makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their errands. Our shop is not very big, but we have managed to fit a lot of clothes inside. I spend a lot of my time making sure everything is on the right hangers. We aren't some high-end boutique with a polished look. It is just a local shop where we sell everyday fashion. My neighbor often comes by to help out when things get busy. We don't have a marketing team or any corporate strategy. We just pick out clothes that we think the local people will like and put them on the racks. Dharapuram Road is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside our door. Sometimes we have to stay late to unload new stock from the trucks. It is hard work but we are proud of what we have built here. We have gotten to know many of the families in Aranmanai Pudur over the years. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful when someone walks in. It is a regular business for regular people who want something nice to wear. We keep the doors open and wait for the evening rush.
