Conversion Clothing Private Limited is over at No.4/249 in Goundampalayam. It's a busy little area near the Ganapathi Palayam Post in Palladam. We've been operating out of this spot for a while now. Most days here are just about getting the actual work done. The machines run all day and people come in and out constantly. It is definitely not a fancy office with nice furniture. We deal with garments and textiles because that is what people do around here in Tirupur. You might have seen our building if you are ever driving through the Tk area. It gets a bit dusty on the roads sometimes but that is just how it is. We started this business because we knew the trade and needed to earn a living. It wasn't some big grand plan or anything. We just knew how to handle the fabric. Most of our staff lives nearby so we all know each other pretty well. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery trucks get stuck on the narrow lanes but we always find a way to manage. We aren't doing anything fancy or revolutionary. We just make clothes that people can actually use without them falling apart. Some days are quite long especially when a big order is due at the end of the week. We drink a lot of tea and keep the lines moving. The address might look long on paper but it's just a regular workspace. We focus on the stitches and making sure things aren't lopsided.
