At No. 124/125 on Palladam Road, you’ll find Classic Exports Tiruppur. We are situated in the Thenampalayam area, which is a place that never really seems to sleep. There are always trucks moving and people hauling goods around this part of town. We operate out of a fairly standard building that has seen better days, but it’s where we do all our packing and sorting. The space is filled with stacks of boxes and bundles of fabric most of the time. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. It’s just a group of us who show up every morning and start going through the manifest. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around for it to come back, which gives us a chance to have some tea and talk. We’ve been on Palladam Road for quite a while, so we’ve seen shops come and go. Our setup is pretty basic, with just enough desks for the paperwork and plenty of floor space for the inventory. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when a big shipment needs to be ready by the evening. We don’t really try to impress anyone with the look of the place. We just focus on getting the crates loaded and the documents signed. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps us busy.
