Charlie Apparels

You can find us over at No. 21 in the A. V. P Layout, specifically on 6th Street. We are part of the Padmavathi Puram area, under the Gandhi Nagar Post. It’s a bit of a mouthful for an address, but it’s a nice enough spot to be. The layout is mostly quiet compared to the main roads, which helps when we need to concentrate on the apparel work. We’ve got a regular routine here. We show up, check the lists, and get the machines or the packing tables going. 6th Street is just a normal street with a few other businesses tucked into it. Most people around here know each other by sight. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that because we are usually too busy working in the back. The Gandhi Nagar Post area has grown a lot lately, but our corner feels pretty much the same as it always has. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of trouble finding the exact turn into the layout, so we spend some time on the phone giving directions. It’s just part of the day. Charlie Apparels is a small operation. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We just take the orders and finish them up. The building at No. 21 is where we spend most of our waking hours. It feels like home after a while. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the day.
