We've been at the Lakshmi Building for a while now, right in the Binny Compound. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes the traffic around here gets a bit much when trucks are trying to get in and out. Esan Export is basically just us handling a lot of paperwork and boxes every day. We spend most of our time making sure everything is packed right before it goes out. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs and plenty of space for files. We mostly deal with overseas orders, so there is always something to check or a phone call to make to the docks. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and just get the work done. People know where to find us because the building is a bit of a landmark around here. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our contacts come from people we've worked with for years. It's a simple setup. We come in early, sort through the shipments, and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, which is stressful, but that’s just how this business goes. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent export operation from No. 23. It's nothing too complicated, just daily hard work and making sure the crates are labeled correctly before they leave the compound.
