Barani Garments

Barani Garments is located at 23/10b West 2nd Street in Ramaiah Colony. It’s a small operation we’ve got going here. The street is usually pretty quiet, which we like. We’ve been in this building for a few years now. It’s not a very big space, but it fits what we need. We spend most of our time at the workstations. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. It’s just a regular door on West 2nd Street. We do our own thing and don’t worry too much about what everyone else is doing. Ramaiah Colony is a nice place to be based. Everything we need is close by. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the trade. We keep the machines maintained and the floors swept, mostly. It gets dusty sometimes with all the material, but that’s normal. We don't have a fancy office for visitors. If someone comes by, we usually just talk to them right there on the floor. It’s more honest that way. We aren’t trying to be some big corporation. We’re just a local garment business trying to do honest work. We like the routine of coming in every morning and seeing the same faces. That’s really all there is to Barani Garments. Just a simple shop on a quiet street. No more, no less.
