We are located at No 28 in Asher Nagar, specifically on 2nd Street which connects up to the main Avinashi Road. It’s right there by the 40 Feet Road, so there is plenty of space for vehicles to move around compared to the tighter alleys. The building is a standard setup. We spend most of our hours inside among the machines and the cutting tables. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. You’ll see plenty of thread bits on the floor by the end of the day. The street outside stays pretty active because of all the other textile spots in this part of town. Sometimes we stand out front just to get some air during the afternoon break. It’s dusty work, so we keep the windows shut when the wind picks up. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything. If you walk in, you’re likely to just see someone carrying a roll of cloth or checking a list. It's the kind of place where everyone wears comfortable shoes because we’re on our feet a lot. The sun hits the front of the building quite hard in the evening. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. That’s pretty much the heart of the office. We keep things moving without making a big fuss about it. We just handle the daily tasks as they come and try to stay on top of the schedule.
