Cotton Polo

Down here in Tiruppur, at No. 5 Appachi Nagar Main Road, you’ll find Cotton Polo. This part of Kongu Nagar is always buzzing because this city is all about clothes and textiles. We’ve been part of this street for quite some time. Our place is pretty straightforward. We have a lot of samples lying around and the sewing machines are usually running in the back. It’s loud and it’s fast, but that’s just how things work here. We don't put on airs or pretend to be something we aren't. We’re just a local outfit making polo shirts and other cotton items. Sometimes the rain makes the road a mess, but we still show up and get to work. Most of our staff live close by, so we’re like a little family. We eat lunch together and complain about the heat like everyone else. The shop front isn't huge, but we use every inch of space we have. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just take the fabric, cut it, stitch it, and hope it fits right. People around here know us for being reliable, and that’s enough for us. It’s a lot of long hours, especially when there’s a big order to finish, but we don't mind much. It’s good to stay busy. If you are walking down Appachi Nagar, you can't really miss our sign.
