Real Knit Exims

We set up Real Knit Exims here on Bharathiyar Street. Anuparpalayam is a busy part of town and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been working with knits for a long time now. It’s what everyone does around here, really. The building we are in is older, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time looking at samples and checking the stitching on things. It’s noisy because of the machines nearby, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We aren’t some big international corporation with offices. It’s just us in a workspace where we get the orders ready. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. That’s life here. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start. They know exactly what they are doing. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or anything like that. People who know us just come by the street and find us. The work can be repetitive, but it’s steady. We make sure the boxes are packed right before they head out. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. Bharathiyar Street is always full of trucks and bikes, so getting stuff in and out takes some time. We just take it day by day and keep the machines running. Most of the time we are just drinking tea and checking the fabric.
