Our place is at No. 2 Singaravelan Nagar on Angeripalayam Road. The sewing machines are always humming here. We've been in this spot for a while now. It's not a fancy office or anything like that, just a plain building where we get the work done. Some days are really loud, especially when the big orders come in and everyone is rushing around. We mostly deal with cotton stuff. The tea guy comes around at eleven and four. That's when everyone takes a breath and talks for a minute. It’s a lot of cutting and stitching, honestly. You see the same faces every morning when you come in. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Just a bunch of us working at the tables. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the steps for a bit. It's just part of being in this part of town. We try to keep things organized but fabric piles up everywhere. You know how it is in a garment place. Everything smells like fresh cloth and hot steam from the irons. It's a living. We just make sure the seams are straight and the buttons don't fall off. If you walk down Angeripalayam Road, you'll find us easily enough. We aren't trying to change the world, just making decent clothes that people can actually wear.
