Sri Dasmi Clothing

You can find us at No. 1 on Angeripalayam Main Road, right near the Sakthi Theater Road in Pitchampalayam Pudur. Being so close to the theater means we get a lot of foot traffic, especially when a big movie is playing. People often stop in to look at our clothes while they are waiting for their show to start. The shop is not very large and we have clothes hanging from every available spot on the walls. We try to keep things sorted, but it often ends up being a bit cluttered by midday. I spend a lot of time just rearranging the hangers and making sure everything looks halfway decent. The building is an older one and sometimes the roof makes strange noises when it is windy outside. We don't have any fancy staff, just a couple of us who take turns watching the door and helping customers. It gets pretty busy on the weekends when families come out to the theater. We just try to keep enough stock on hand so people have something to choose from. It is a basic business and we don't try to make it something it isn't. We like being part of this little corner of the neighborhood and seeing the same faces come by week after week. It is just our daily routine here in Pitchampalayam Pudur.
