Acasia Apparels

Acasia Apparels is located at No. 32 on Angeripalayam Road. The road itself is always full of traffic, so there is a lot of energy right outside our door. Our facility is a practical space where we handle all the apparel manufacturing. We have a lot of sewing machines lined up, and the sound of them running is what you hear all day long. It’s a bit of a noisy environment, but it’s a good noise because it means we are busy. The floor is made of hard concrete, which is easy to clean but can be a bit tough on the feet after a long day. We have some large tables for cutting the fabric and a separate area where we pack everything into boxes. The lighting is bright so we don't miss any small details. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and a few instructions for the workers. It’s a very straightforward setup. We’ve been here for several years and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but we just keep doing our thing. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of all the fabric lint, so we try to keep things aired out. We don't have a big marketing team; we just let the work speak for itself. It’s a honest day’s work for everyone here. We usually shut the machines down right at sunset.
