New Power Fashions Tiruppur

Down at No. 2/674- C Vivekananadar Main Road, you will see the sign for New Power Fashions Tiruppur. It’s right there in S. R. Nagar South, Andipalayam. This area is known for its textiles, so we fit right in with the rest of the workshops on this street. Our building is a practical one. We have the production area and a small space for keeping the finished goods before they are shipped out. It is often very loud because of the industrial fans and the sewing equipment running all at once. The workers here come from the nearby villages and they know their way around a garment piece. We don’t spend money on marketing or fancy signs outside. Most of our work comes from people who know us in the trade. We spend our mornings checking the fabric quality and making sure the cutting is done right by the team. The afternoon heat can be a bit much, so we usually have a slow hour around three o'clock to rest. We’ve been operating from this same spot for quite a bit. The road has grown busier over time with more tempos and motorbikes zipping past our front door. We keep the doors open mostly to let some air in while we work. It is a humble place, honestly. We focus on the stitches and the patterns on the table. There are piles of boxes in the corner waiting for the transport trucks to arrive. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but that’s how we’ve always done it here.
