Dhanam Fashions India Pvt. Ltd. is located out at No. 1/280 on Akg Pudur Manga Road. It’s a bit of a drive out there, but it gives us the space we need for the factory. We’ve got a fairly large setup where we handle everything from cutting the fabric to the final stitching. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get the job done. Most days are pretty busy with people moving between the different sections. We have a lot of sewing machines lined up and everyone has their own station. It’s a noisy environment, but it feels good when you see a big order finally get boxed up and ready to go. We deal with all sorts of fashion items, mostly focused on getting the details right so the clothes hold up. The road outside can get a bit dusty, and when it rains, it’s a bit of a mess, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does a solid job. Our staff comes from the nearby villages mostly. We keep things simple and try to solve problems as they come up without a lot of meetings or fuss. It’s just a group of people working together to make clothes that look decent and last a while. We’re usually there early to get things moving and we stay until the last truck is loaded up for the day.
