Adyanth Knit Innovation is based at No. 67/2, 30-C in the Weavers Colony, specifically on 2nd Street off PN Road. Being in the Weavers Colony feels right because that’s the heart of what we do. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside we have our knitting setups and all the thread we need. It gets pretty loud when the machines are all running at once, and it’s hard to hear yourself think. We spend our mornings setting up the patterns and checking the machines for any snags. The 2nd Street area is usually pretty tight with parked vehicles and people moving goods, so it feels very lived-in. We aren't some high-tech lab; we’re a practical knitting shop where we work with our hands and keep an eye on the needles. Sometimes a batch doesn't come out right and we have to start over, which is just part of the learning curve in this trade. We keep things simple here. There are no big meetings or fancy presentations, just the daily grind of producing knitwear. We’ve lived and worked around PN Road for a long time, so we know the neighbors and the local rhythms. It’s a steady life of making sure the fabric is decent and the machines stay oiled. We just show up, do the knitting, and go home when the work is finished. It is a simple life of working with thread.
