Adith Apparels

We’ve been at No. 50 Lakshmi Buildings for a while now. It's right across from the telephone exchange, so it's easy to find if you're in the area. People usually just look for the exchange and then see us. We handle a lot of different clothing orders here at Adith Apparels. Most days are just busy with sewing and getting things packed up. Sometimes the machines act up or the fabric delivery is late, but we manage. It’s not a huge place, just a regular workspace where we get things done. We have a small group of people working together. Some have been here since the start and others joined later. We mostly stick to our routine. Coffee in the morning, then checking the lists for what needs finishing. The noise of the machines is something you just get used to after an hour or two. We don't really have a big fancy office, just the work tables and the storage racks. If you walk past, you'll probably hear us talking or the sound of the iron. It’s a decent spot. The building is older but it works for what we need. We just try to keep up with the orders that come in. It’s practical work. Not much more to it than that. We just show up and do the sewing and trimming until the day is over. It’s how we’ve always done things here at Lakshmi Buildings.
