Whiteline Fashions Tiruppur

Whiteline Fashions Tiruppur is located at No. 178 in Thilagar Nagar, which is part of the Pudhu Colony area in Velampalayam. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stand, but most people who need to find us eventually do. The building isn't anything special to look at. It is just a regular place where we keep the sewing machines and the cutting tables. It gets quite warm in the afternoons. We usually keep the big fans running all day long. My brother and a few cousins help me manage the daily tasks, from checking the fabric rolls to making sure the stitching is straight. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass windows or anything like that. People just come in through the main door and see us working. There is always a lot of thread on the floor. Scraps of cloth are tucked into corners, no matter how much we sweep. The neighborhood is mostly other small shops and families living nearby, so it’s pretty friendly. We often share a kettle of coffee with the shopkeeper next door when things quiet down in the evening. It’s just a normal local business where we try to do a decent job every day. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic on Velampalayam road, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve grown slowly but we’re still just the same small crew.
