Sriram Knit Fashion

We’re located out at No. 151 Sripathi Nagar, which is part of the Velampalayam Post area. This is a place where knitting and textiles are the main things people do. Our building is pretty simple. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s mostly just the production floor where the machines are. We spend our days watching the knitwear come together. It can get pretty loud in there when everything is running at once. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing. There are no long meetings about visions or strategies here. We just look at what needs to be made and we start working. Sometimes the yarn arrives late and we have to scramble to make up time. That’s just how the textile business works around here. Most of the people working here at Sriram Knit Fashion have been doing this for years. We know the machines and we know the fabric. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out is alright. It’s a practical life. We come in early, do the work, and head back to our families. Velampalayam is a busy spot for this kind of thing, and we’re just one of the local places keeping at it every day. It’s not easy, but it’s what we do.
