We are based at No. 101/31 Cutchery Street in the Vellore District. Since we are on Cutchery Street, we are right in the middle of all the administrative hustle and bustle. There are always people walking around with folders and documents because of the government offices nearby. Our place is a bit tucked away, but it’s a solid spot for an export business. We have a couple of rooms that we use for storing samples and keeping all our records. The walls are lined with wooden cabinets that have been there since we started. Vellore gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working and that we have enough cold water. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the routines and we know the people at the local transport hubs. Most of our work is pretty repetitive, but we don’t mind it. It’s about getting the details right so the goods don’t get held up. We don’t use any high-tech systems, just some old computers and a lot of phone calls. It’s a plain, hardworking office where we show up, do our jobs, and go home. We’ve become a small part of the landscape here on Cutchery Street over the years.
