Aish Exports

We are over on P.K.R. Street Extension in Noorullahpet. It’s a busy little corner of the world, and our place at 1/37 is usually piled up with boxes waiting to go somewhere. Running an export business sounds more exciting than it actually is. Most of the day is just checking lists, taping up cartons, and making sure the labels are stuck on straight. We have a small crew and we’ve been here long enough that we know the guys who drive the transport trucks by their first names. The street gets a bit cramped when a big delivery comes in, and we sometimes have to ask the neighbors to move their scooters for a minute. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. This is just an old building where the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We deal with the paperwork and the customs rules, which can be a real headache some weeks. It feels good when a shipment finally leaves and we know it’s heading across the ocean. We don't make big speeches about our work. We just pack things up as carefully as we can and hope the weather stays clear for the journey. Sometimes the tea is cold and the phones won't stop ringing, but that’s just how it goes in a small office our size. We’ve been part of the Noorullahpet community for a while and we plan on staying.
