Tractor India Ltd is based right in the Tirupathi Ho area. Our address is 517502, and we have been in this same spot for a long time. It’s a very straightforward place. We deal with tractors and all the parts that go with them, so things can get a bit oily and dusty around the office. We don't mind it much. The building is just a regular local office, nothing like those big glass towers you see in the cities. We have old wooden desks and shelves full of ledgers and catalogs. The heat in Tirupati can get pretty intense during the summer months, so we usually have the fans running full blast. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. They know where we are in the Tirupathi Ho section of town. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. It’s just us answering the phones and helping whoever walks through the front door. Sometimes we have a lot of stock piled up, and other times we are waiting on a shipment. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We try to be honest about what we have and what we can do. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just want to make sure the machines are running and our customers are taken care of. It’s a simple business run by people who live right here in the community.
