Sri Venkateswara Physiotherapy Clinic

Our physiotherapy clinic is located on Sundaraiyyar Street, right where Hari Medicals is. It’s a handy spot because people can pick up their medicines and then come see us for their exercises. We focus on helping people move better, whether they’ve had an injury or just have old aches that won’t quit. The space isn't very big, mostly just enough room for a few treatment tables and some basic exercise equipment like bands and weights. We don’t have those high-tech machines you see on TV; we mostly use our hands and simple movements. It’s a bit of a workout for the patients, but that’s how you get better. We see a lot of people with back pain or stiff shoulders. Most of them live or work nearby in the neighborhood. We try to be practical about the advice we give. We know people are busy, so we suggest things they can actually do at home without buying anything expensive. The clinic can get a bit loud when we have a few people working out at once, but it’s a friendly sort of noise. We don’t have a big corporate office or a team of managers. It’s just us working directly with the people who come in. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the common problems people around here face. It’s straightforward work, helping folks get back on their feet and moving again.
