SREE VAARI INFRATECH PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Sri Maruthi Nilayam in Tirupati. Our office is in House No 102, which is on Padmavathi Puram, right near the street where the SBI bank is. It’s a convenient spot, though finding parking on the street can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. Tirupati is always busy with people coming and going, and our neighborhood is no different. We work on various infrastructure projects around the area. The office is basically just a place where we keep our files and meet up in the morning to decide who is going to which site. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a couple of ceiling fans that work hard during the summer months and a few desks that have seen better days. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or any of that corporate stuff. We just know what needs to be done and we try to do it without making a mess of things. Most of us have lived in Tirupati for years, so we know the shortcuts and the local suppliers. Dealing with projects means we spend more time outside than inside. When we are in the office, we’re usually just catching up on paperwork or answering the phone. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We are just local builders doing our daily jobs.
