Lokenath Complex is where we set up, specifically on the second floor in flats A and C. It’s right by the Canal Side Road in West Pansila. Kolkata weather can be a bit much, especially during the monsoon when the canal gets high, but we’re used to it by now. At Simplex Infrastructures Limited, our daily routine involves a lot of back-and-forth between this office and the sites we’re managing around the district. We aren't a big flashy corporate office. It's mostly just us sitting around these desks, talking to contractors and trying to keep the timelines from slipping too much. The second-floor view gives us a decent look at the road, which helps us see when deliveries are arriving. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we keep the files moving anyway. We handle a lot of the structural work and planning from this spot. It’s a practical setup. Our team knows the local area well, so we don't get lost trying to find where the materials need to go. If you walk in, you’ll likely see blueprints spread out over the tables and someone on the phone arguing about cement prices. It’s a busy place but we like the pace of it. We just focus on the task at hand, making sure the local infrastructure gets the attention it needs without making a big fuss about it.
