Purthi Spaces Llp is situated in the Creekside Residence, specifically in Apartment A731 of the Sri City Apartments. We are out on Sampngi Drive in the Sri City area of Chittoor. It’s a unique place to have an office because it’s part of a large residential and business hub. The apartment serves as our base of operations. It’s comfortable but definitely looks more like a workspace than a home now. We have desks set up in the living area and files tucked away in the cabinets. Since we are in Sri City, we see a lot of different people coming and going. Our work involves managing spaces and property, so we are often out walking the grounds or meeting with people nearby. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some green areas. We don't have a big corporate sign out front. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live in the same complex. It’s a very practical way to run a business without having to pay for a big commercial storefront. We keep things informal here. You won't see us wearing ties or using big business buzzwords. We just talk about the units, the maintenance, and whatever else needs attention. Sometimes we have meetings over at the local cafe instead of in the apartment. It’s a relaxed way of working that suits the environment of Chittoor and Sri City perfectly.
