P L R Resorts & Hotels

You can find us over at 4/5/74 on Gs Mada Street in Varadaraja Nagar. P L R Resorts & Hotels is located right in a spot where there is always something going on outside. The street gets quite busy, especially during the festival times or when people are visiting the nearby temple areas. We spend most of our shift behind the main desk or checking on the rooms to see what needs doing. It is not like those giant hotels you see in movies; we are more of a local fixture in this part of town. The hallways have that familiar smell of floor cleaner, and there is usually a stack of fresh towels being moved around on a cart somewhere. We see all kinds of travelers, from families carrying way too many bags to people just passing through for work. The building itself has its own character, with some corners that have been here for years. We do a lot of walking back and forth between the kitchen and the guest areas, making sure the morning coffee is ready and the trash is taken out. It gets loud with the traffic noise from the street sometimes, but that is just part of being in Varadaraja Nagar. We just keep things running one day at a time, making sure the lights are on and the rooms are ready for whoever walks through the front door looking for a place to stay.
