If you are looking for our Tirupati office, we are over in the NGO’s Colony at 6-8-973. We are quite close to the Bajaj High Land Guest House, which is a good landmark if you get lost. The colony is a fairly quiet residential area, so it’s a nice change of pace from the noisy sites we usually manage. We’ve set up Maytas Infra Ltd here to handle our operations in this part of the state. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep our ledgers and project binders. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we don't mind. We have a couple of motorbikes parked outside most of the time because it’s easier to get around the narrow streets. Inside, there’s usually a map of Tirupati pinned to the wall with some notes scribbled on it. We spend our days tracking progress and making sure the materials are delivered on time. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. The light in the office is good in the afternoon, and we usually have a few people coming in to drop off reports or pick up their pay. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just what we need to keep the records straight. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where all the decisions for our local infrastructure work get made. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay organized.
