We are Kobelco Construction Equipment India Pvt. Ltd., and you can find us around the Bharat Advertising area. Our business is all about the big machines you see on construction sites. We don’t have a flashy storefront because our work is usually out in the field or in the warehouse. The office is basically just a place to file the paperwork and keep the computers running. There are always muddy boots by the door because someone just came back from a site visit. We deal with a lot of technical details for these heavy machines, and it can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. The team here is mostly made of people who grew up around engines and dirt. We don't use much fancy talk; we just talk about what the equipment can do and what it can't. Sometimes parts take forever to arrive and we have to explain that to frustrated customers, which isn't fun. But that's the business we chose. The coffee in the breakroom is usually burnt, but we drink it anyway. We aren't looking to win any awards for our office decor. We just want to make sure that the equipment we handle is ready for whatever job it’s going to. It's a lot of long hours and sometimes working in the rain, but we've got a good rhythm going. We’re just a bunch of folks who know our way around a construction site.
