Our office is located at Plot No. 20-3-1/11 in Shiva Jyothi Nagar. Jai Balagi Secutiy Services Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a good while, and we’ve become a familiar sight in the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle security guards and help people secure their property. The office itself is quite basic, just a place to keep the uniforms, files, and some chairs for when the guys come in to pick up their pay or check their schedules. Shiva Jyothi Nagar is a decent area, and we like being based here. It isn’t a big, cold corporate office. It’s more like a small local business where you can walk in and talk to the person in charge without any fuss. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical bits—making sure everyone has their torch, their logbook, and knows where they need to be. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when everyone is there at once, but mostly it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan and someone typing on an old keyboard. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on doing what needs to be done every day. It’s hard work and long hours, but we’ve built a solid routine over the years. We’re just regular folks doing a job we know well and staying busy in the community.
