We’ve set up at No. 6-8-1117 in the Ngos Colony area. It’s a mostly residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet compared to the big main roads. Our office is just a regular house that we converted for the business a few years back. We do import and export work here, mostly focusing on smaller shipments that need a lot of personal attention. There’s a small porch out front with a couple of plants where we sometimes sit to have tea when the weather is nice enough. Most of the neighbors know us by now and say hello when they walk past. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, older computers, and a lot of blue folders. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything during the day. One day I might be on the phone with a supplier, and the next I’m helping load a few boxes into the back of a van. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when we’re expecting a big delivery, but we always find what we’re looking for in the end. The internet can be a bit spotty in this part of the colony, so we have to be patient with the emails. We’ve been here for a while and don't see any reason to move to a bigger place. It’s a comfortable spot and it keeps us close to our families. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a doorbell and someone will come eventually.
