BUILD'S PRO PLUS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our small office is over at 2-50 in S.C. Colony. Being a one-person company means I wear a lot of hats throughout the day. Varkat Palli is where I started this thing, and it stays busy enough to keep me on my toes. I spend a lot of time on my phone or riding out to check on different bits of construction work. It’s mostly about coordinating people and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Some days I’m just sitting at the desk dealing with the government forms and taxes, which isn't the fun part, but it has to happen. The walls in the office have some maps and some rough sketches of what we are working on. People from the colony drop by sometimes just to say hello or ask about a small job. It is a very hands-on way to run a business. I don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for me. I just talk to the workers and the clients directly. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or a truck breakdown, and I have to figure it out right then. It is a lot of work for one person, but I like seeing a project go from a patch of dirt to a finished structure. It’s just me and a few trusted contractors trying to build things properly around here in Varkat Palli. I don't need a lot of flash to get things done.
