Amara Raja Power Systems Pvt. Ltd. is located out on the Renigunta-Cuddapah Road in Karakambadi. It’s a bit outside the main town, which gives us the space we need for our operations. We’ve been here for many years and have become a familiar part of the local area. Our main focus is on power systems, and we have a lot of people working here to make that happen. The road outside is a major route, so there’s always a lot of movement and activity. Even though we are a larger setup, we try to keep things grounded and avoid any corporate stuffiness. We don't have any big mission statements or marketing talk on our walls. We just focus on the engineering and the physical work of building power systems. The weather can get very hot in this part of the country, but the team here is used to it. We have people from all the nearby villages working with us, so it feels more like a local community than a big company. We show up, do our shifts, and go home. There’s no need for fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the equipment is reliable and that the work is done properly. It’s a long-term commitment to being here in Karakambadi, and we just take it one day at a time. We’ve built a solid presence on this road over the years by just staying busy.
