Our office for Vijay Tanks & Vessels Ltd is located at 4/2/41 Sriramnagar Street in S.V. Karai, Tenkasi. Being in the Tirunelveli district of Tamilnadu gives us a different perspective than if we were in a big city. The pace is a bit more personal here. we know the people on our street and we see the same faces every day. The office is a plain building where we manage the tank projects. It’s not decorated with fancy art or expensive furniture. We have the tools we need to do our jobs, like computers and drafting tables, and that is about it. Most of the staff are locals who have been with us for a long time. We don't go in for corporate training or big seminars. We just learn from the person sitting next to us. Working with tanks and vessels requires a lot of attention to detail, so the office is usually quiet while everyone is concentrating. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh over tea, but mostly we are focused on the tasks at hand. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past. It is a humble way of doing business, and it fits the community we are in.
