Vignesh Agencies is right here at 80/1 in the Veni Complex on College Road. If you know Alwarkurichi, you know how busy this stretch gets, especially being so close to the BSNL office. Most mornings start with unlocking the shutters and checking if the delivery trucks can find a spot to pull over without blocking the whole road. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. Our staff usually trickles in around ten, grabbing a tea from the stall down the street first. There is always a lot of chatter from the people heading to the BSNL office or students walking down College Road. The office itself is simple. We have a few desks, some old files stacked in the corner, and a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually keep the door open to catch whatever breeze comes through. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular workspace where we handle our daily paperwork and talk to whoever drops by. People often stop in just to ask for directions because of where we are located. We don’t mind. It’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We keep things moving one day at a time, making sure the ledgers are right and the inventory is where it should be.
