V. G. R Builders And Designers

V. G. R Builders And Designers is based over in S.N Pallivasal, Kalakad. It’s a place where we do a lot of our planning and drawing. We have these big tables where we lay out the papers. Kalakad is a nice area, and being near S.N Pallivasal gives us a good sense of the community. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us trying to make things work. The office is often filled with the sound of pencils scratching or someone talking on the phone about supplies. We get a lot of dust coming in from the street, but that’s just part of being in this location. We don't have a fancy showroom. If people want to see what we do, we usually show them sketches or take them to a site. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage. We have a small stove in the corner for making coffee. The walls are mostly bare except for some calendars and old blueprints. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and we know the local suppliers well. It’s a practical environment for builders and designers. We don't worry much about appearance. The focus is always on the drawings and the builds. That’s just life here in Kalakad.
