The Globe Radio Company

We’ve been here at 261, Cheran Mahadevi Road in Pettai for quite some time now. The Globe Radio Company isn't a massive operation or anything like that. It’s just a place where we do our daily work. Most of the folks around Pettai know the building. It’s not particularly fancy, and the sign has seen better days, but it serves us well. We usually start pretty early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. There’s always something that needs fixing or looking at. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist. You just come in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a bit cluttered with parts and old equipment, but that’s just how we work. We don't really go for all that modern business talk. We just fix what's broken and try to be helpful to the people who stop by. Life on Cheran Mahadevi Road is steady. We’ve seen businesses come and go, but we’re still sitting here at number 261. It’s a living, and it’s what we know how to do. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, and other days we can barely keep up. We don't mind either way. If you’re looking for a big corporate experience, this isn't the place. We’re just a local shop doing our thing in our own way. We hope to stay here for a good while longer yet.
