Shs & Co is located at 3/201 on the By Pass Road in Kudankulam. Being out on the bypass means we see a lot of traffic going past every single day. It’s a convenient spot for us because it’s easy to get things delivered or moved out. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle our business operations. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the noise of the trucks and cars zooming by. Inside, it’s usually a bit quieter, except for when we are right in the middle of a big project. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just show up in the morning and get to work. Most of our days are spent dealing with the practical side of things. It can be a bit dusty being so close to the main road, but you get used to it after a few months. Kudankulam is a unique place to work, and we are glad to be part of the local landscape. Sometimes people drop in just because they saw our sign while driving past. We don't mind that at all. It’s good to talk to different people. We keep our records in a simple way and don't try to overcomplicate our processes. It’s just us, working away at our own pace and making sure everything is handled properly before we close up for the evening. It is a steady way to make a living.
