Shifa Hospital

Shifa Hospital is located at No 82-A on Middle Street in Kailashapuram. We are right near the Tirunelveli Junction, which is a very busy part of the city. You can always hear the trains and the general noise of the junction from here, especially if you’re standing near the front door. Being on Middle Street makes us accessible for people coming from different parts of Tirunelveli. The hospital is a place where a lot happens every day. We have patients coming in for all sorts of things, and the hallways can get quite full during the peak hours of the morning and evening. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that. It’s a functional building meant for taking care of people who are sick or injured. The rooms are kept as clean as we can manage with so many people coming and going. The staff here works hard, and we all know each other well. We see a lot of regulars from the Kailashapuram neighborhood who trust us because we’ve been here for a long time. It’s a busy life, working in a hospital near a major junction, but it feels like we are doing something useful. We don't spend much time on talk; we just get to work as soon as we arrive. The street outside never seems to sleep, and sometimes the hospital feels the same way. We keep the lights on and the doors ready for whoever needs us.
