You can find Seethalakshmi Cabs over on Pillaiyar Kovil Street. We are pretty close to the government school and the mosque in the Triuvetriur area. It is a busy little spot in Tirunelveli. Most of our days are spent coordinating drivers and talking to people who need a ride. We have been operating from No 117 for a while. It’s not a corporate setup with a call center. Usually, it is just one of us picking up the phone and writing down details in a notebook. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. If someone needs to get to the station or a wedding, they stop by. The cars are just regular cars, kept as clean as we can manage with all the dust. It gets loud outside with the school nearby but we like the location. Sometimes things get delayed because of traffic or a flat tire, that's just how it goes. We try to be honest about the timing. If a driver is going to be ten minutes late, we just say so. People appreciate knowing the truth rather than some fancy promise. We have built a bit of a name just by showing up. It is a simple business. We provide the car, you tell us where to go. That is basically it for us here. There is no magic to it, just keeping the vehicles moving and helping people get where they need to.
