We spend most of our days here at the shop in Palayamkottai, right on Trivandrum Road. It is located in the Thirumalainambi Complex, specifically at 10B/1H/7. Most people know us because we are directly opposite the TVS stop, which makes it easy for folks to find us when they are looking for parts. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we keep shelves full of auto spares for various vehicles. We started this because we knew the area needed a reliable spot for spare parts. Some days are busier than others, especially when the traffic on the main road gets heavy. We usually open up early and stay until the evening. The shelves get a bit dusty sometimes, but we try to keep things organized so we can find what a customer needs without making them wait too long. It is a local business, through and through. We talk to the same mechanics and vehicle owners every week. If we don't have a specific part in stock, we tell people honestly instead of making excuses. It's just how we do things here. Living and working in Palayamkottai has its rhythm. We see the same faces passing by the TVS stop every morning. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us behind the counter, looking through catalogs or checking the back room for a specific bolt or filter. It is simple work, but it keeps the neighborhood moving.
