You can find Saganna Industrial Spares over at 182/E-6, Swami Nellaiappar High Road. We are in the Sripuram area of Thiru Nagar. It’s a busy road and there’s always something going on outside. We deal with industrial spares, so the place is usually full of metal parts and heavy boxes. It’s a bit dusty, honestly, but that’s the nature of the business. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a place where things get stored and moved out. We’ve been in Thiru Nagar for a good while. The staff is just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If someone calls asking for a specific part, we usually have to go climb a ladder to find it. It keeps us busy, to be honest. The High Road is always full of traffic, which can be loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There isn't any complicated philosophy here. We have spares, people need them, and we sell them. That is basically the whole story. We drink a lot of tea during the day and talk to the regulars who have been coming to us for years. It’s just a normal shop in a normal part of town. We just keep the lights on and the shelves full.
