Patel-Knr(Jv)

Our Hyderabad office for the Patel-Knr(Jv) is located in room 304 on the 3rd floor of the Garanda Lanka Apartment. We are right in Jawahar Nagar, which is a busy part of the city. To get to us, you have to go through the main entrance of the apartment building and take the lift up. The office is run by N. Ritesh and a small team of engineers and clerks. It is essentially a converted apartment, so it has a living room that we use for meetings and smaller rooms for the office desks. It feels very lived-in, with cables running along the floor and plenty of binders on the shelves. Because we are a joint venture, there is always a lot of coordination happening between different companies and site managers. Hyderabad is a city that is growing incredibly fast, and there is a lot of pressure to get infrastructure projects finished. We spend our days looking at technical drawings and talking to the foremen out on the sites. The office is often a bit disorganized with boxes of supplies and half-empty water bottles, but that is just because we are busy. We don't use any marketing language or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people doing the heavy work of planning and managing construction from a simple third-floor flat. It is a straightforward job and we like the community feel of the neighborhood.
