Murugan Store

Murugan Store is on Pookadai Street in Ambasamudram. We are situated very close to the CMS Church. It is a very prominent landmark, so it is hard to miss us. The street is usually quite narrow and filled with people walking around. We have a small shop that has been here for a good number of years. It is packed with all sorts of things, and sometimes it looks a bit messy. We know exactly where everything is kept, though. The church brings a lot of people to this area, especially on the weekends. We see a lot of families walking by. The shop gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually keep the front door wide open to catch any breeze. We don’t do any fancy marketing or have a social media page. Most people just know us because we have been part of the neighborhood for so long. It is a simple business. We spend our time talking to the neighbors and helping whoever walks through the door. Ambasamudram is a nice place to work, even if it gets a bit loud on Pookadai Street sometimes. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized. It is not a big operation, just a local store doing its part in the community. We are happy with how things are going for us here.
