Our place is at 1, Market Road in Marthandam. We are situated right near the Sethupaty Marriage Hall, which makes it very easy to find. Whenever there is a big event at the hall, the street gets quite crowded and full of life. We have been operating from this corner of Kanyakumari for a long time. It is a small office, and we don’t have any fancy decorations. We just have what we need to get the work done. Most of our day is spent talking to local farmers or families who want to buy or sell land. We know the geography of Marthandam like the back of our hands. We don’t use complicated language or try to sound like big-shot executives. We are just local people who understand how the property market works in this part of the country. Sometimes we spend hours going over old land records to make sure everything is correct. It is tedious work, but it has to be done right. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of agents. Most of our business comes from neighbors telling their friends about us. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and honest. If you walk down Market Road, you’ll see our small sign. We are usually inside, probably having a cup of tea and looking over some paperwork.
