Our office is located at 22/263B/30F2 on Rahumaniya Puram 3rd Street in Kadayanallur. We are down in the Tirunelveli area of Tamil Nadu, and things move at their own pace here compared to the big cities. We do construction work, so you’ll often find us with dust on our boots and blueprints spread out over the wooden tables. The street is a typical local road where everyone knows each other, and kids are often playing nearby. We don't have a big headquarters with a fancy lobby; it's a simple room where we plan out the buildings and talk to the workers about the week's tasks. Most of the day, we are out at different sites, checking on the bricks and the cement to see how things are coming along. It gets very hot in Kadayanallur, so we usually try to get the heavy work done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We’ve been part of this community for a while, just trying to build houses and structures that last for the people here. Sometimes we have to deal with rain delays or materials not showing up on time, which is just part of the business we are in. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just take on a project, get the crew together, and try to finish it as best as we can. It's a lot of physical effort and making sure the measurements are right every time. When we’re back at the office, it’s mostly just for bookkeeping and planning.
